Behavioral Health Technician Job Description
Our ABA technicians provide personalized, play-based instruction to children with ASD, aged 2-21. This method enhances language, behavior, social skills, and daily living abilities in a fun environment, promoting motivation and positive results.
Behavior technicians implement individualized treatment plans for each child, including training support for both the children and their parents or guardians. Additionally, they must collect and review data from each session in collaboration with our ABA program supervisors.
ABA Technician Job Qualifications
Our behavior health technician job in Antioch, CA, requires the following qualifications:
- BA Degree in any of the following fields: Psychology, Special Education, Childhood Development, Social Services
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Experience working with children or other vulnerable populations, such as the geriatric population or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Behavioral Health Technician Job Responsibilities
