Behavioral Health Technician Job Description
Our ABA technicians deliver individualized, play-based instruction to children with ASD, aged 2-21. This approach enhances language, behavior, social interactions, and daily living skills in an enjoyable environment, fostering motivation and positive outcomes.
Our behavior technicians are responsible for implementing treatment plans for each child in our care. This includes supporting the training of both children and their parents or guardians. Additionally, technicians must collect and review data from each session with our ABA program supervisors.
ABA Technician Job Qualifications
Our behavior health technician job in Concord, CA, requires the following qualifications:
- BA Degree in any of the following fields: Psychology, Special Education, Childhood Development, Social Services
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Experience working with children or other vulnerable populations, such as the geriatric population or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
