Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Position

The Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, train and mentor staff, and support families through evidence-based strategies. You’ll ensure ethical, data-driven care that helps children build critical skills and reach their goals in home, school, and community settings.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Description
Our BCBAs are leaders in the ABA process, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising staff, and guiding families through evidence-based practices. They ensure that therapy programs remain effective and ethical while adapting plans based on client data and progress.
Job Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience conducting functional assessments and behavior support plans (3 years for remote roles).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong ABA knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Credentialed with CCHP and Partnership insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and refine individualized ABA programs while mentoring Behavior Technicians and ensuring treatment fidelity.
- Collaborate with families, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans to promote skill development and behavior reduction.
