Treatment Supervision and Progress Updates
Once our team of Health Care Professionals have agreed on a program of ABA Therapy methods that match your child’s specific needs, an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is assigned to start therapy on a schedule previously structured with the parents or tutors.
Each step of the treatment is followed up by several levels of supervision starting with our Program Supervisor, a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) that will ensure all steps of the treatment are executed as programed and report updates on key findings and progress.
Our RBT’s and Program Supervisors meet with our BCBA-D (Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a doctoral level) in order to share all findings and reinforce therapies that show progress on behavior milestones set along the program. Key findings and progress are shared with parents and tutors as well as the path to follow up.
