The Role
As a Program Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that ABA treatment plans are implemented effectively and consistently. You’ll collaborate with families, train Behavior Technicians, monitor client progress through data collection, and step in for direct therapy when needed. Your leadership will help maintain a supportive environment where staff can grow, and clients can thrive.

ABA Program Supervisor Job Description
This role ensures that treatment plans designed by a BCBA are implemented effectively, monitors client progress through data collection, supports parent training, and provides direct therapy as needed.
You’ll also maintain compliance with documentation requirements, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and promote a positive, growth-focused environment for both clients and staff.
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, or a related mental health field.
- Actively pursuing BCBA certification and enrolled in (or have completed) an ABA Master’s Program.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities in a team setting.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to travel within Marin, Solano, and Contra Costa counties as needed.
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring that treatment plans are delivered with fidelity and quality across all service areas.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to track progress, adjust programs as needed, and maintain compliance with documentation standards.
