Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, helping them develop essential life skills through play-based ABA therapy. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and mentorship to support your growth and success.

Program Supervisor

Our Program Supervisors oversee ABA service delivery, train and mentor Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively. This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in mental health treatment in Northern California.

Must be enrolled in Menthal Health Master Program.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Our BCBAs lead the design and oversight of individualized ABA programs, supervise staff and guide families through evidence-based strategies. This role ensures every child receives consistent, ethical, and results-driven care.
